Wellbeing During Lockdown

06 January 2021

Please take extra care as the lockdown eases both physically and mentally.

The UK is starting to ease it's national lockdown measures. Students and Staff are advised to follow university guidelines on attending university sites. All staff who can work from home should continue do so. Further information for staff and students can be found  here, which will be updated regularly.

Under Government guidelines you are now allowed to meet in a group of six or two households outside and in private gardens, as well as taking part in some outdoor organised sport. Further information can be found here.

You can use BetterPoints whilst exercising so why not use the app to track your daily walk, run or bike ride and don't forget you can also use it at home whilst exercising indoors.

Being in lockdown can be a challenging time, if you would like to know more about the University of Sheffield's wellbeing offer please visit this page.
